The Bilstein B8 Performance Plus Rear Shock Absorber is designed for the Volkswagen Scirocco Mk3 ‘R’ (2008–2017) equipped without factory Electronic Damping Control (EDC). Suitable for both standard and lowered suspension, the B8 rear shock delivers enhanced rear axle stability, improved body control, and balanced handling to match the performance of the Scirocco R platform.

Built using Bilstein’s monotube gas-pressure technology, the B8 provides consistent damping performance and excellent heat dissipation under spirited driving conditions. The shortened internal design ensures correct suspension travel on lowered vehicles while remaining compatible with standard ride height setups.
